❓ Basic doubts cleared up
- Do we need “to be” with will?
❌ No! After will we use the base verb directly, without to or be (e.g. I will go). - Does will change with I, you, he, she…?
❌ No! Will is a modal verb and it is exactly the same for every subject (I will, he will, they will). - Can I use “won’t” instead of “will not”?
✔️ Yes! Won’t is the standard short form and it sounds the most natural when we speak.
🚫 Common mistakes to avoid
| Mistake ❌ | Correct ✅ |
|---|---|
| He will comes tomorrow. | He will come tomorrow. |
| I will to study. | I will study. |
| She will not goes. | She will not go. |
