🗣️ CORPORATE LEADERSHIP & NEGOTIATION – diplomazia, gestione dell’ambiguità e idioms HR (C1)
Livello C1 (Avanzato – Leadership e Negoziazione)🗣️ C1 EXECUTIVE CHALLENGE

📌 Indice della Lezione (C1)
🌐 Diplomatic Language: Mitigare i toni aziendali
A livello C1, un leader non dice mai brutalmente *”Your idea is wrong”* o *”We have no budget”*.
- ✅ Inclinazione al dissenso: “I’m inclined to think that we need a different approach.” (Invece di: *I think your idea is bad*).
- ✅ Riconoscimento preventivo: “While I appreciate your point, we must consider…”
|---|---|
| This project will fail. | This project tends to present several risks. |
| We need more money. | It would appear that additional funding is required. |
💼 Executive & HR Idioms
- To touch base: Aggiornarsi / fare un check rapido (es. *”Let’s touch base tomorrow morning”*).
- To ball-park (an estimate): Fornire una stima approssimativa (es. *”Can you give me a ballpark figure?”*).
*”Allow me to play devil’s advocate here…”*).
- To think outside the box: Pensare in modo creativo e non convenzionale.
